The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that they are giving up the purchase, without any penalties and without say a reason, within 15 business days of receiving the product. We mention that, according to the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the consumer will pay the costs of refund.

The payment of the shipping is supported by the consumer and must be made directly to the courier or online card / PayPal. The products will be delivered by the Romanian Post Office.

Upon return, we do not accept orders for repayment.

The counter value of the order will be paid within 15 days of the written notice that it will give up buying the product only if the products have been returned in the same condition as they were delivered to the consumer.

The shipping costs are paid by our company only in case of broken products or damaged during shipping.

If you wish to cancel your order before you confirm and send it and your payment is made via online card or PayPal please contact us by e-mail contact@iuhulamps.ro and within 15 business days the money will be refunded back to your account
